If a password has been forgotten or changed accidentally, your controller will need to be fully reset and reflashed back to our factory configuration. This service includes:
Return shipping label (we cover this)
Full firmware reflash to restore default settings
Complete reconfiguration to your kit type (Pro / Elite / Street etc.)
Verification & bench-testing before sending it back
Once purchased, we’ll email you the return instructions (Shipping label not included).
Turnaround time is typically 1–3 working days after the controller arrives.
